Convenience: By giving regularly, you’ll receive the satisfaction and good feeling of supporting the Shelter without having to initiate a contribution each time. Choose your monthly giving amount and the duration of your monthly gift when you sign up. You can update your billing information, change the amount or cancel at any time. Just notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
Efficiency: No bills, no reminders to you. For us, a reduction of administrative costs. We’ll send you one annual statement in January summarizing your tax-deductible gifts, so deducting your donations is easy.
Effectiveness: You’ll provide a regular, reliable and predict able stream of support to save and improve lives every day of the year.
Ease: Just go to our donate page, and select “monthly” under the “recurring” tab. Even small monthly gifts have a tremendous impact.
Sponsor A Bed Night
Self-pay houseguests are asked for a contribution of $10 per night to offset nightly shelter costs of $75 per houseguest. This includes case management, all amenities and 2-3 meals a day. To sponsor a houseguest simply use our donation page, multiply the amount of nights you wish to sponsor by $10. If you wish to sponsor a specific guest list the person’s name in the “additional comments” field.
This critical fund provides support for essential items such as work related clothing, identification replacement, prescriptions and co-pays, and gasoline and vehicle repairs.
Did you know that the cost of an ambulance ride from Walworth Street to Saratoga Hospital on Church Street costs $600? A cab ride is $5 for the same distance. This fund provides the costs associated with a cab ride to Saratoga Hospital for non-life threatening emergencies.
