Outreach
The outreach program serves the needs of 200 people on average each year. The program provides people who are unsheltered or temporarily lodged with food, essential supplies, and case management. Individualized, client-centered care prioritizes access to clinical health services, assistance accessing benefits, and housing navigation.

The outreach program is funded entirely by private contributions.
