Past Events

One Fine Day – June 27, 2023

More than 200 community members attended our annual luncheon held at the beautiful Saratoga National Golf Course on June 27, 2023. The day was filled with hope that one day we will can solve the issue of homelessness and provide fair and equitable access to housing, a basic human need. Over $75,000 was contributed to provide shelter and supportive services.

Hope Honoree: Sam Halajian – PC-A, was honored for providing boots on the ground medical care to those facing homelessness. Sam shares our philosophy of meeting people where they are and forming trusting relationships as the catalyst for care, compassion, and change.

Nancy’s Story: Nancy overcame homelessness through SOS’s emergency shelter but she found so much more than housing. She courageously shared her story with attendees at One Fine Day. Her story is featured on our blog.
