This program will help you navigate the resources needed to get back on your feet and into stable housing. This is a drug and alcohol-free facility. As a guest of the shelter, you will be expected to work toward the goals you establish with your case manager. The goals are intended to provide you with the stabilization needed to maintain independent housing when you graduate from the program.

Please note: this is not a walk-in shelter. The admission process can take up to 48 hours. If you need immediate shelter please contact the Local Department of Social Services office in the county you last resided.
Code Blue Winter Shelter
The Code Blue winter shelter is open from November until April when the temperature falls below 32 degrees. Cots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Food & Housing Services
If you need food, personal care items, or need help with housing and services, the Outreach Team can help. The community outreach van makes regular stops throughout downtown Saratoga Springs and at motels where you may be staying. We can provide you with food and personal care items and help connect you with services that assist with healthcare, finances, and housing. The Outreach Team is available Monday-Friday from 8 am-4 pm and can be reached at 518-812-6886.
If you are behind on rent due to COVID and qualify for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program subsidy our staff can help you with the application.
