History
1991 – Emergency winter shelter for men opened
1997 – 19 bed year-round shelter opened on Walworth Street
2000 – Four supportive apartment units acquired
2004 – Three supportive apartment units acquired
2009 – Two unit transitional housing program opened at 20 Walworth Street
2010 – Street outreach program began
2012 – 13 bed shelter opened at 20 Walworth Street
2013 – Emergency Code Blue shelter opened
2015 – Drop-In Center now Navigation Center opened
2019 – Awarded HHAP funding to rehabilitate shelters and expand supportive housing service
